Former Zesco United striker Enock Sakala Junior finally made his Egyptian Premier League debut as Modern Sport FC picked up a 0-0 away draw to Al Ittihad Alexandria on Wednesday.
Sakala played the full match. This comes barely weeks after he made his Modern Sport debut on December 11, when they lost 1-0 to Petrojet in an Egyptian Cup round one encounter. He played the last 17 minutes in that cup game.
The 22-year-old joined Modern Sport from ZESCO United in July, on a four-year deal. However, he was on the sidelines due to injury and had to wait to make his debut for his new club
Modern Sport are currently 17th on the 18-team table with four points from six matches.
